Is social distancing that we all have to practice now difficult or easy for you? Why?

Is social distancing that we all have to practice now difficult or easy for you? Why? Many people on the q uarantine find themselves unhappy, because they can't go out to meet up with their friends.   But I personally find distancing myself from other people rather easy to practice. I've never been a very social person, and had very little friends in primary school, so the requirement to stay home was easy for me to get used to. Of course, I would like to meet with my friends once in a while, and sure, I miss them, but I don't have great need to be around people all the time. Besides, I meet some of my friends online, when we’re chatting or playing video games together.

Do you think the response of the Polish society and government to the coronavirus epidemic has been appropriate?

Do you think the response of the Polish society and government to the coronavirus epidemic has been appropriate? In my opinion, the response of the Polish society and government to the coronavirus pandemic is for now mostly appropriate. The government ordered for all of the educational establishments to be closed and mass events with more than 50 participants to be called off. They also called off both international and local flights, and closed the borders to the foreigners. State of epidemiological threat has also been instituted. As of response of the Polish society, I also find it mostly appropriate, with people staying and working or learning in their homes. Overall, I think that Polish response to the coronavirus pandemic is appropriate.

Is the impact of globalization on our life positive or negative?

Is the impact of globalization on our life positive or negative? In my opinion, globalization has more of a positive impact on our life than a negative one. Thanks to the globalization, we now have access to many goods, products and services such as corn, chili pepper, or even plane travels. If not for the globalization, we now wouldn't have Internet, which is both a product and catalyst of the globalization process. Globalization allowed for the tourism to flourish, cross-cultural exchange of ideas, styles, religions, technologies, languages etc. Political globalization made sending peacekeeping missions to war-torn countries possible, for example in the form of UN missions. Overall, in my opinion, globalization's downsides are inferior to the positive aspects, and as such, I find globalization positive.

Is lying morally wrong?

Is lying morally wrong? Many people ask themselves, if lying is bad. There is no easy answer to this question. But personally I think, that lying is acceptable as long as it is used to, for example, prevent someone from being harmed emotionally by telling them the truth. Lying had also become part of our nature. Even toddlers at the age as low as six months start lying by faking crying. Today during first ten minutes of conversation with a stranger, we lie at least three times. As for answering the question in the title, I find lying not being morally wrong, as long as our intentions were good.
