An observation - October 4th
During the lockdown I noticed how much more often I was arguing with my parents. We locked horns over the pettiest things, to which none of us would have even paid attention before. We couldn’t go a week without at least a few arguments, none of which would end well. It made me realise that even though our relations with some people may seem great, built-up frustration, for example from lockdown and spending to much time together with the same people, can cause even the deepest-embedded problems to surface, or even create these problems from scratch, often times completely ruining relations with our loved ones and friends, or in general people we know.
